Dear Harvard Alumni,

We are pleased to share an invitation to Harvard Alumni to attend the “Sports Doctors Network Conference 2025 in TOKYO ‒ Bringing Cutting-Edge Sports Medicine to All” will be held at Yasuda Auditorium, The University of Tokyo. The event is organized by the Sports Doctors Network (SDN), an international collective of leading sports team physicians, medical professionals, and experts in health, performance, and nutrition.

This marks the first time the conference will be held in Asia. Attendees will include globally recognized experts such as Professor Carl-Henrik Heldin, Chairman of the Nobel Foundation; the Chief Medical Advisors of Real Madrid and the LA Lakers; and researchers from the Harvard Medical School, among others. They will gather to share their insights on topics ranging from elite athlete care to the future of medical science. Distinguished Japanese speakers will also join the program, including Koji Murofushi (Olympic gold medalist), Naoko Yamazaki (astronaut), Yusuke Narita (economist), Kimiko Date (former pro tennis player), Keita Suzuki (former Japan national soccer team), and Christel Takigawa (broadcaster). Together, they will explore themes such as space medicine, longevity, and the relationship between food and performance.
