Message from Club President Jun Tsusaka

Dear Members of the Harvard Community:

Welcome to the Harvard Club of Japan(HCJ) website!
As you know, we are a Harvard University recognized club under the auspices of the Harvard Alumni Association.

The Mission of the Harvard Club of Japan is threefold:
(1) CREATE IMPACT IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY and increase the visibility of the Harvard brand through action
(2) PROVIDE A FORUM TO INTERACT AS ONE HARVARD where the community inside and outside of Japan can interact, network and support each other as One Harvard
(3) INCREASE THE NUMBER OF JAPANESE AT HARVARD and be a proponent and facilitator of overseas education in general and to encourage Harvard students, faculty and the administration to come to Japan

The HCJ hosts and supports about three events per month that include academic, social and cultural topics. Please take a look at our activities and come along to meet us!
Our activities are made possible through our Board of Directors and Members (and always thankful for all of our past Presidents). In addition, we are honored to have Ambassador Arima and Professor Yoshino as our Special Advisors.

I urge you to reach out to any of our Board Members to learn more about HCJ. No doubt, there will find something that will capture your interest. Also, if there is something YOU are passionate about and want to give the HCJ community a chance to be exposed to it, let's find a way to do so.

I look forward to hearing from all of you and seeing you at one of our many events.

Sincerely,
Jun Tsusaka(BA '83, MBA '88)
President
