Harvard in Tech Japan:

New Pioneers of Japan’s Tech Scene

Thursday, December 19, 2019

Harvard in Tech is the official Harvard Alumni Group for those working in or interested in technology. Having established its first international chapter in Tokyo, Harvard in Tech strives to further the development of technology in Japan through encouraging innovation and promoting technological activity throughout the Harvard community and beyond. Through our partnership with Venture Cafe Tokyo, we aim to accomplish our shared goal of inspiring future leaders by introducing innovative global companies and thought-provoking new ideas.

During this event, we have the pleasure of introducing Tsuyoshi Domoto M.Ed., Country Manager of Saturday Kids Japan, a coding school for the youth. Saturday Kid's mission is to use digital literacy classes to transform kids into self-motivated learners who are curious, inventive & resourceful. Tsuyoshi will share his insights regarding the significance of "youth" digital and English literacy for Japan to succeed on the global stage.

After the Q&A session, please join your fellow alumni and friends to network with free beverages on the 2nd floor.
