Please join the Harvard community of Japan on the evening of Friday February 16, 2024 as we welcome the New Year!

We are delighted to be able to announce our first in-person Shinnenkai since 2019. This has traditionally been the HCJ's largest annual event, a perfect time for catching up with old friends and networking with our members to make new friends and contacts for the year to come!

FEE: General admission: 15,000 yen (includes standing buffet and a free-flow selection of alcoholic and soft drinks)

         Guests aged 20-29: 8,000 yen (includes standing buffet, wine selection, and soft drinks)

         Free for current graduate & undergraduate students and younger

1. The system will record your registration, but you will NOT RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL  

2. If you are applicable for the discount / free admission, please put "Discount" in the Title/Function box on the RSVP sheet if you are applicable for the aged 20-29 discount, or "Free" if your status is current Harvard College student or younger.  This helps smooth registration on the day.  Thank you for your cooperation.
