Harvard Kennedy School Club of Japan’s Annual Reception Party

With a special lecture by Sports Agency Commissioner Daichi Suzuki

Harvard Kennedy School Club of Japan (HKSCJ) is holding its Annual Reception Party on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at Aoyama Treehouse.

This year’s annual reception will have a special lecture by Sports Agency Commissioner Daichi Suzuki ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games next July. At this event, we would also like to introduce the new president of HKSCJ, Yoshimasa Hayashi, a member of the House of Councillors. He will assume HKSCJ presidency after 16 years of extraordinary leadership by our current president and House of Representative member Yasuhisa Shiozaki.

6:30 p.m. Welcome drink cocktails

7:00 p.m. Event opening remarks (current and new presidents of HKSCJ)

7:10 p.m. Special lecture by Sports Agency Commissioner Daichi Suzuki

8:00 p.m. Dinner reception and networking,

with musical accompaniment by Ms. Yukino Nakazoe (Violin) and Ms. Yuno Ambo (Cello).

9:30 p.m. Closing

Participation fee: JPY 7,000
Food and two drinks - a welcome drink and Kanpai drink - are included.  There will be a cash bar at the reception party.
