About Artisan Table by Dean & Deluca:

Food Laboratory Restaurant

We refer to producers of food as “ARTISAN”. A person who grows vegetables, a person who captures fish, a person who raises cattle, a person who makes miso, a person who makes cheese, a person who prepares food, a person who selects wine; everyone is a producer of food, “ARTISAN”. “ARTISAN” and “ARTISAN” connect to materialize possibilities, “ARTISAN” and people connect to bring forth experiences. Now that we are connected, let’s step into the future.
