The 10th Teikyo-Harvard Symposium: The 48th Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium of Public Health

The Harvard Club of Japan is pleased to announce the 10th Teikyo-Harvard Symposium to be held on the 17th and 18th of September during the 48th Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health (48th APACPH).

 

Among the distinguished guests from all over the world are three Professors from the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH). Professor Ichiro Kawachi is well known for his work on health and inequality. Professors Peter Berman and Murry Mitteleman are in charge of the graduate degree education in HSPH and will discuss education to cultivate competency for health professionals.

 

In addition to them Professor Qingyue Meng, Dean of Peking University, Dr. Andrew Farmery of Oxford University, Dr. James Campbell, Director, Health Workforce of World Health Organization and Harvard alumni Professors Kenji Shibuya and Hideki Hashimoto of University of Tokyo are among the speakers list.
