We are delighted to announce that we will be holding Prof. Ezra F. Vogel Memorial Reception on Thursday, August 4th at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo. At the event, we are going to screen special programs which NHK and Japan Foundation produced for the reception, have some attendees make memorial speeches, screen video messages from Prof. Vogel’s colleagues overseas and photo slides during Prof. Vogel’s lifetime, and hand out memorial writings.  Drinks and meals will be served at the event. We look forward to your participation.

* This event was supposed to be held following the memorial symposium on February 8th,  which was attended and well-received by nearly 400 people in-person and online, and has been postponed due to COVID-19.
