Let’s learn and practice Coaching Skills together! If you are interested to learn how to coach your team, this workshop will be a great opportunity! Ms. Johnson will explain the basics of coaching and differences between coaching, mentoring and teaching. You will learn not only the basics of coaching, but also the practical methods through pair/group works.

About the instructor:
Born in Germany in 1971. BA from Gordon College, MTS in Ethics from Harvard Divinity School. After 20 years of employment at McKinsey & Company, Corinne Johnson joined Shimizu Corporation as an advisor in December, 2018. She resides in Japan since 2008. Her areas of expertise include end-to-end talent management including recruiting, leadership development, capability building, strengths-based assessment, and compensation, global transformation, change management, diversity and inclusion, and cross-cultural communications, coaching and mentorship, strategy and problem solving. She believes work passion is all about people, organizational transformation, and global strategies! In her spare time she enjoys exploring Japan. She is attempting to learn Shamisen and Japanese.
