Harvard-Stanford Mixer on May 19

Harvard and Stanford are pleased to announce a casual mixer for Harvard and Stanford grads on Thursday, May 19 at Ebisu Slainte.

We will be joined by a special performer, vocalist KEI Takayanagi, who will entertain us with a few songs from her playful “Classical Crossover” repertoire.

Performer profile:

KEI Takayanagi, a graduate of Musashino Academia Musicae, trained there as a classical vocalist. Upon turning professional, she has pioneered a new genre of 'Classical cross-over' a playful mixture of Classics & Pops, which she has been performing at various venues & media, including the Web, internet-video-channel, BS-channel and the radio. She composes music for herself, and her clients, where she has published songs 'Rintoshite (Resoluteness)' circa Oct'10, and 'Yoake (Breaking Dawn))' circa Nov'15, which are available on iTunes & Amazon platforms. She has also appeared on multi-genre live performance series 'Bridge', and is part of a group called 'OL Singers' (www.kei-vo.com).
