Masato Mizuno is the Chairman of global sports gear company, MIZUNO CORP. MIZUNO spans across 100 countries and features world class athletes such as Shuzo Matsuoka (tennis) and Taichi Teshima (golf). Masato Mizuno is well known for his prominent role as CEO of Olympic Bid Committee. His leadership and his dynamic speech at the 2013 Olympic Committee won hearts and secured Tokyo as 2020 Olympics site. Mizuno will share with us “Behind the Scenes Work” in the bid process and his beliefs in running a successful mega sports company. Speech will be in English, Q&A in English/Japanese. This will be a fascinating opportunity.

Masato Mizuno BIO:
Born 1943, Mizuno is the 3rd generation heir of Mizuno family that founded the mega sports gear company. Mizuno has earned degrees in Economics (Konan U), Chemistry (Carthage College) and is an all-round sportsman. He serves on multiple committees to promote sports into the world and has consequently won a series of awards (most recently Rising Sun Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon in 2014).
