Annual Teikyo-Harvard Program Public Health Lectures (open to Harvard community in Japan)

Free mini-lectures by HSPH professors and a Teikyo-Harvard symposium on Long-term Recovery and Resilience: Lessons Learned from the Tohoku Disaster". This is NOT a Harvard Club event. Please direct inquiries to Teikyo at address below.

Each January the Public Health Schools of Teikyo and Harvard hold a special January session with visits by HSPH Professors to Teikyo to teach abridged versions of HSPH courses. (Anyone interested in details of these courses should mail tsphgakui@med.teikyo-u.ac.jp ASAP as the deadline for the courses has officially passed).

 

Meanwhile, as part of the January program, on January 12th a free public event in three parts will be held at Teikyo's Itabashi campus:

14:00-14:40 Mini-lectures (in English) by Professors David Christiani and Marcello Pagano of Harvard School of Public Health

14-40-17:00  Teikyo-Harvard symposium   "Long-term recovery and resilience---Lessons learnt from the Great East Japan Disaster"

17:00 Reception with light refreshments
