4th Tsukiji event focusing on BONITO and BAMBOO SHOOTS on June 8 Saturday

Harvard Club of Japan Members are invited to join HCJ gourmet Yukinaga Kojima for an event where we will buy, prepare, then eat the fish and produce of Tsukiji, the largest wholesale fish & seafood market in the world.

PLACE: Meet at Main Gate of Tsukiji Honganji Temple (Tsukiji Stn. Exit 1 on Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line / or zoom in on map below for details):

Participation fee: 8,000 yen (includes purchasing and preparation of the meal. drinks will be charged separately)

Participants will gather at 09:00 SHARP on Saturday morning in front of Tsukiji-Honganji Temple, walk to Tsukiji, decide as a group what to buy, then go to one of Kojima-san's favorite fish restaurants for preparation into a seasonal Japanese meal.
Part 1, shopping, is expected to last from 09:00 to about 10:30, Part 2, preparation, will start from around 11:00, Part 3, eating, will last until around 14:30.

This event is limited to just 8 people, so please reserve early!
We regret that those under 20 may not attend.
