HANDLING OF MEMBER DATA:
Specifically designated Harvard Club of Japan (HCJ) officers have access to HCJ member information in this HAA alumni database, but HCJ does not allow any use of that information for any purpose other than the purposes set forth in the Constitution of HCJ. HCJ will not use the information for any other purposes without the consent of the relevant member except as otherwise provided by applicable law or unless such purpose is separately notified or announced. HCJ does not alter any information in the HAA database unless a member requests HCJ to alter that member’s information on his/her behalf. Members are encouraged to manage and keep their own information current through their own access to the HAA database through HAA’s website.
