EducationUSA Tokyo Fall College Fair

 

Pre-Arrival Information

 

Please drop by Harvard's booth at the EducationUSA college fair at Akasaka Intercity Conference Center on Sept 23 Friday (holiday).  Join our alumni volunteers in speaking with Japanese highschoolers interested in attending college in the US.

Date: Friday, September 23 Time: 1:00 PM -4:00 PM

(Harvard alumni volunteers needed to help between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM)


Opening remarks and housekeeping announcement will start at 12:30PM,

Access: Directly connects to the exit 14 of Tameike-sanno Station (G06/N06) on the Tokyo Metro Ginza and Namboku lines, and Kokkai-gijidomae Station (M14/C07) on the Chiyoda and Marunouchi lines.

3. Booth Setup

There will be a table and 2 chairs. (No back panel)

Table size: Approx. 59 inch (150 cm) X 20 inch (50 cm)


There will be NO electrical outlets at the booths.

Free Wi-Fi is available. However, please refrain from downloading heavy data, such as videos, since we have a limited bandwidth.

The backdrops are not allowed to be set up at the booth.


4. Expected number of participants

• We are expecting about 200 visitors.

• Please note the number of the visitors may be affected by COVID situation.
