一橋大学ビジネススクール名和高司教授(HBS MBA 1990)「パーパス経営」セミナー

“From Capitalism to Purposism” by Professor Takashi Nawa of Hitotsubashi Business School (Harvard Business School MBA Class of 1990)

Successful Japanese companies have historically pursued the purpose of the company and yet continued to pivot its management model to adapt to the changing environment. This art of balance act between purpose and pivot, which the speaker calls "dynamic equilibrium", has provided them the power of continuous growth and resilience, which will become more crucial in the post Covit-19 environment.
The speaker will articulate this Japanese management model formula by illustrating success cases such as Toyota, Sony, Kyocera, NIDEC, and Fast Retailing
