Vino Veritas: Acclaimed Sparkling Wine Schramsberg
The Harvard Club of Japan and Michael Khoo, President of WineInStyle, are pleased to present an intimate dinner with the CEO of arguably America's best sparkling wine, Hugh Davies of Schramsberg.
In 1972, the 1969 Blanc de Blancs was served at the "Toast to Peace" in Beijing, between President Richard Nixon and Premier Zhou Enlai. Schramsberg wines have been served by every subsequent presidential administration, and Schramsberg's 1979 Crémant Demi-Sec was served at White House State Dinner for President Reagan honoring Prime Minister Suzuki of Japan as well.
The dinner will be hosted by Hugh Davies, CEO and youngest son of founders Jack and Jamie Davies, at the exquisite Hinokizaka restaurant on the 45th floor of the Ritz Carlton. Please join us in welcoming Hugh and the Schramsberg wines to Japan over the perfect match of Japanese cuisine and sparking wine!
Seats are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. Please reserve early using the RSVP link to the right to secure your seat for this event. If you have problems with the RSVP link, please email june.nagao@gmail.com.
