Attorney Ryan Goldstein on International Patent Battles (doors open 6:30pm, talk starts 7:00)

On the evening of Tuesday March 4th the Harvard Club of Japan will present Attorney Ryan Goldstein, Partner and Head of Tokyo Office of global law firm Quinn Emanuel, to share his experiences as a patent litigator for the world's top firms including Samsung (in its complex and fiercely-contested patent clash with Apple) and Japanese firms such as Sony, Ricoh and Seiko Epson. Goldstein will share his experiences as a litigator representing Japanese companies in U.S. litigation as well as advice for firms in Japan and elsewhere seeking to protect and leverage their intellectual property assets. This event will take place at NHK Aoyamaso (Seizanso) and will include a standing buffet dinner plus cash bar. Please join us!
